Question 99 chevy k2500 hesitation

hi everyone i have a 99 chevy k2500 4x4 , when i start it in the mornings i have a hesitation or a sputter when i first start driving , through the power it runs fine and once i reach a cruising speed it starts to sputter again. if i unplug the mass air sensor it seems to run better, mass air sensor is new. has new plugs, wires, cleaned egr valve, dist cap and coil all new, and dont hear a vacum leak. anybody have any more ideas , thanks for help

what kinda MAF is it? OEM? try cleaning it, mine gums up from the K&N sometimes causing weird symptoms, could check you Idle Air control valve...are you able to get a vacuum reading?

Could be a vacuum leak. Get a spray can of carb cleaner or similar and spray on while listening for a change in engine note. Could be a defective temp. sensor. May be worth while changing fuel filter and running a can of fuel injector cleaner thru it. Most importantly have you any codes?
