If you are looking to simply replace speakers, anything you buy will be able to handle what the bose amp will send with no problem, however, if you want to really upgrade the sound and power, you will need to upgrade your amp too. Just remember, most of those trucks have a component setup up front, and the amp runs built in crossovers to allow that, so if you planned to install 2-way or even 3-way speakers up front, you will need to run new wires to the deck to bypass this setup and get the full range of sound out of those speakers. It is not as complicated as it sounds, but before we go much further, what is your endgame, what are you trying to accomplish with this upgrade?

i would say go all out and get a nice headunit. then a 1000 watt 4 channel amp and runn all new wiring to the new door speakers. when 2 10 inch kicker comp subs in a custom box behind the seats and youll rattle the neighborhood.. if you want the current specs just pop out your factory headunit and amp. all that information is on there. or i think its in the owners manual too
