My dome lights are stuck ON!!

I've removed my dimmer switch, door pins, stereo and alarm trigger but still the light's are ON.. By removing the fuse for the "Courtesy Lamps" then all goes dark.
Is there something I'm missing here? I know it's a constant "Hot" circuit that's turned on by a ground switch (door pins) or am I wrong? A wiring schematic would be GREAT but finding a decent one is next to impossible.

Sorry...This is a 94 extended cab Chevy truck.

Yeah a door pin might be stuck, they are easy to see. After that I would check your ground and make sure you didn't accidently turn them on with the switch for the headlights.

check the light itself. you could have the ground wire touching the metal and making the circuit.i think your right about them using the ground to switch on the light from the door.

What do you mean? What ground? Even with the headlights, door pins, dimmer switch, alarm, etc. unplugged the lights are still ON.

I'm open to all suggestions or ideas!! This one's got me pretty irritated!!

Thanks.

I'll definitely check them out!! All of them. Dome and both under dash lights.

There's two separate lights with switches/buttons on either side of the dome light. Both work independently of the dome light and both still work perfectly.

This is a '94 model truck. No timer for the courtesy lights.
