 | 4l60e i have a 97 z71 with the 4l60e tranny which is the m30 i would like to know what is the difference between that tranny and the one that is in the s 10 blazer |

 | I read somewhere that some guy bought a trans from a Blazer and it wouldn't fit his truck don't know if it was because electronics or what. |

| it will fit just fine just the tranny will be weaker because it is ment for a v6 blazer and it will not hold up good enough, it would probably last u thousands of miles but it all depends on how u drive, this is what i was told by a transmission guy but im not 100% sure |
