I think the carfax history report comes with it. He also delivers the truck with a full tank of gas. The dealers here are decent. Im just thinkin with the waranty it might not be bad. I think I`ll probably end up getting it now. I would buy privately but I need to finance, I can`t afford to dish out thousands of dollars at once for a truck.

Well it's a good way of starting your credit don't forget to call the BBB just to see what rating they have if this dealership will finance you others will as well so beware do your home work.

| Are you mechanically inclined? Chevy trucks are generally reliable, however like everything else they wear out. If that engine has been taken care of.....that's not many miles....prob little less than half wore out. My advice is check it out even if you have to crawl under it. The more you find wrong the more "jew" power you have to reduce the price.

Thanks guys this info really seemed to help. I talked to my girlfriends dad (who's a mechanic) and he says it's a decent truck, but do not buy it with no warranty. He thinks i'll be good with it as long as we have the warranty.

Make sure you get a reciept with your warrenty! My mom got screwed by a dealership here in town she bought an extended warrenty and they said thy'd keep the warrenty on file for her and when she needed to use it they said no you never bought the added warrenty don't know what your talking about we keep that stuff on file. So she had no warrenty no reciept for the $1200 added coverage and had to foot a $1000 bill for a 4wd service on her 01 trailblazer! So make sure you keep all your paperwork!!!!

Thanks thats some good advice. I'll make sure I get the paperwork then. I'm gonna try to talk him down about 700 dollars before I add the warranty to help save some cash.

ya that's what Im hoping for. I think it might have been a trade in for a car because of high gas prices. Either way its very low mileage for it's age.
