1994 Chevy 4x4 stopped working

My 1994 Chevy 4x4 blew 4x4 fuse twice worked for a while then 4x4 stopped working again fuse not blown changed actuator nothing . shift on the fly no hub lock ins.whats next

welcome to the forum
look for a short or open in the wire harness from the diff to the switch in the tranny, then confirm power thru the switch

i agree there is a short look for chafed wire grounding out it probably burnt out the switch since it had blown the fuse twice.

yup and pull the ball switch out of the t-case, the ball should have resisance when pushed, if its loose or just easily calapses its toast....>stump
