| youll need a different tailpiece for the tranny for starters. there is alot of work there making everything work together and have heard that putting in the clutch pedal can be quite a chore. hope everything works out for you. |

| i know that i need the clutch pedal assembly, i have the slave cylender and all the hydraulic lines for the clutch. i have the pressure plate, clutch, throw out bearing. it is just hard to find the tailpiece for the tranny. i found one tranny but the salvage want's me to buy the whole thing and they won't just sell me the tailpiece |

| Check out some of you local tranny shops. They sometimes have old junkers laying around for parts and might be able to help you. either that or they can get you the correct output shaft for a decent price.

| It is more than just the tailpiece (there is no longer a tailpiece it is a t-case adapter). You will also need the output shaft to perform this swap and the output shaft will have to have the same spline count as the input of the case. Taking the trans apart is required. Of course you will have to have the correct length shaft to mate everything together, and the adapter will have to be the correct length. Much easier to find the correct transmission. |
