Welcome to the forum
Scan it and see what the sensors are doing. Drive it with the machine hooked up till it quits and I'm sure the solution will show itself

leo's right, you will have to use a scan tool to figure it out. if you haven't cleared the codes yet, then pull up the freeze frame data. there's not a lot of info on the freeze frame, but it's a start in the right direction.

reading codes is great if it's a simple fix, a scan tool actually reads the sensors, so when it quits you should be able to tell which sensor is doing it. the cost of a good scan is far less then the money you have spent and not finding the solution

i ran my truck with the code reader and nothing came up no codes at all i recently put headers on my truck and many people say that maybe they are creating to mutch heat in my engine bay therefore causing this problem! maybe my pcm is shutting off my fuel! when the temp gets to high what do you guys think about this!

Sounds like nonsense to me, I'm a few others will agree. As i said earlier you need to use a scanner not a code reader. You can moniter the engine while driving with a scanner, and it will most likely give you the best idea of your problem.
Did you use headers with a o2 sensor port? What else did you do that you have not mentioned?

sorry i my mistake i was confused. anyways i did use the correct headers for my truck but i dont think there is a O2 port in the headers all off my sensors are after the headers. the only thing in the headers is a heater hose so i think! anyways i will get a scanner and check it out. ohh yeah the headers is the only thing ive done to my truck, Thank you verry much.
