77' C-10 blinker issue

Two days ago my right blinker started blinking fast. I thought this meant a bulb was out, but all my lights still work fine. Driving today, my left blinker started blinking fast. I know this is something simple but I don't know what.

Flasher relays are the round ones correct?

You should be able to feel the flasher click when the turn signal is operated. I think they are round and have two terminals at 90 degree angles
