| 1994 Silverado Brake Lights The rear brake lights on my 1994 Silverado 1500 truck have quit working. The over cab brake light works correctly. Here is what I've done so far. 1. Replaced the circuit boards in the rear lights. 2. Replaced the switch on the brake pedal. 3. Replaced the relay under the hood on the firewall near the brake master cylinder. The turn signals work and since this truck uses the same bulb and filament for the brake lights and turn signals, I know the wiring is ok. I have tested the system with the trailer wiring connector in place and removed with no difference in results. What do I do next? |

| I have power to the rear lights when the turn signals are working and they use the same wires and light filaments as the brake lights. How should I trace the power on the brakes? |

| Well I know that the electronic circuit boards are always going out on them but first check your bulbs and all the connects on the board with a test light before your replace the boards. Good luck! | I have replaced the circuit boards, and the turn signal wire and the brake light wire is the same wire. I have power to it when I use the turn signals but not when I put on the brakes. |

| How about checking to see if you have power from you brake switch under the dash or maybe it needs adjusting. |
