steering wheel housing I made a stupid mistake. I was changing the pitman arm and had to remove the gear box. When I did I accidentally turned the steering wheel. After I hooked everything back up the airbag light came on and I can hear a noise of something rubbing. I am guessing I unplugged it, but have no idea how to get all the plastic off to plug it all in. Does this sound like a valid assessment, or is it something else? If it is, how do I get all the plastic off. Any help would be appreaciated.

Disconnect the battery. Turn the radio and the headlights on. (yeah I know but still do it.) Look under the hush panel for one (Driver's side only) or two (Driver + front passenger) yellow connectors. Verify that it (they) are solid.

Exactly. The radio has capacitors in it to filter out the noise on the power supply and to even out power to the amplifiers. Turning on the lights and the radio should discharge any thing that's left no matter how small.
