im sure you guys have this under control, but for Case, my trucks headgaskets ARE leaking for sure. the right is the worst. it is bad enough that there is water coming out the tail pipe on the right side(true duals) , let my truck idle to warm up after work and had a PUDDLE under the right exhaust tip ten minutes run time tops. the left was bone dry. cold day down to 25. but the point is the coolant is leaking into the cylinder but instead of the compression going into the cooling system it is also leaking down the block, but i can see my leak, so, like i said not much help. just input.

I still think my point is valid. If water is leaking across the head gasket to a cylinder, combustion gasses must go the other way. It would not be the case with a manifold gasket leak. Just my thoughts.

change your gaskets. look for leaks anywhere that the water runs. look for excesive coolant in the cylinders. watch for any type of leak and get good gaskets. i would suggest fel pro and use black RTV made by permatex. it works and if you have to work on the truck again then the sealant is easy to get off.
