Left bank O2 sensor error (rich condition indicated)
could be caused by an O2 sensor.

Running rich can be caused by sticking injectors or defective fuel pressure regulator. Or as Brad says may just be bad oxygen sensor. If it has more than 60000mls on it I would replace it anyway, clear the code and see if it comes back.

Could also be from a low vac/leak condition (or a bad MAP thinking so, if there).
ECT could fool ECM also. Suggest check for plugs being on tight and vac leak
before anything expensive. Check fuse for the o2 if heated kind.
