OKay Guys i put on the new starter a week ago today and all seemed good until yesterday i went to start it and it just clicked and clicked. So i pulled the starter back off took it to the parts store and they tested it and said the syloniod didnt sound right so they gave me another one. Turns out they gave me the wrong one a week ago and the one i got today was the right one, while i was there i went ahead and got a new alternator for it. Installed the starter and the alternator and it started good for a couple times. Well now i hit the starter and it just spins. it will start the truck every 3 times or so. Is there a adjustment i can do or check or does it sound like i am being given bad starters. I looked at the Flywheel last week and it looks real good. Im lost i hate having a truck wondering if it is going to start or not!. THanks, yall have been a great help for all these stupid questions.
