K&N or Throttle body spacer ???

I have a 99 k1500 Z71. its the old body style; great truck. I put a K&N air kit on it but it has not increased my gas mileage, i was wondering if anyone has a throttle body spacer on theres??
BTW you cant fit both on the truck without a body lift. not to happy about that.

Thanks

Welcome and Howdy from TEXAS we hope that you stay with us and that it's not just a one time visit. Now on your K&N air kit see if it seals good on your hood so that you won't be getting hot air from your engine going in your air cleaner.

dont waste money on the spacer. i can make the same thing out of wood and have the same results. if you are looking to improve mileage, get a tune. yes i know it costs alot more than the spacer, but it can really help that engine out and give you some more power for those in case instances.

But seriously get a custom tune > checkout WESTERS, WHEATLEYS,NELSON,BLACKBEAR,DIABLO....the list goes on and on.

brad said stumps been drinking
stump said brad's timing was too early

meaning stump thinks brad's timing
seems advanced and should be delayed
to improve accuracy.

Did stump therefore say
brad would be more right
if he was retarded ?

Just trying to be clear.
(And help stump out)

odds are your K&N is drawing in hot air from the engine bay which isnt really doing anything. its probably drawing in more air the stock but its hot air. and the TBS will not do anything for you. they're a gimmick at best like those little "tornado" fuel things.
