I'm thinking of buy a 2003 S10 4x4 to replace my 2000 F150. I bought a 96 3500HD dump last year and I really don't need the F150 for hauling anymore. The F150 is my daily driver and the S10 should be a little better on gas, plus I can still use it to go to Home Depot for small stuff. The S10 is a ZR-2 4x4 with 78000 miles, they are asking 9000 for it. I have a carfax and it is a one owner vehicle. THANKS!

Hey is this in Saline Mi.? Because my uncle was looking into a ZR-2 4X4 and he lives in the same town and it's black as well. And it is a nice looking truck.

I tell everyone, the internet has made the world a very very small place. So are we going to see a fight over this ZR2? I guess that takes out any negotiating room. Sure hard to ask for a lower price when the guy behind you is willing to buy it if you don't. Is your 2000 F-150 also a fo buh fo??? If not, you might not save to much on fuel. But then again, Fords are not as good on fuel in the first place than GM trucks, so you may very well save a little.

The ford is a 4x4 , I get about 13-14 mpg . I'm hoping maybe 3-4 more with the smaller truck. I don't know.

hey gmc did your uncle buy the truck? I couldn't get to the dealer until late in the afternoon and by then someone had bought it. If he did tell him to enjoy it ! THANKS for the replies!

No it was bought out from under him as well. I told him that he wasn't the only one viewing it.

That's a bummer. What a sad day today on the Truck Forum. The S-10 truck got away from GMC's uncle, and og25 both. And Muderator's truck "Grumpy" was put to rust. I mean rest. Sorry Grumpy !!!
