why not find a later 5 speed manual from a 90's model pickup?

i want the granny gear, if i get tired of it, i'll upgrade to T56 that is made to go behind the Ls.

this one won't be done anytime soon. going in storage once i un-biggie size it to fit in something.

My dads 94 1 ton, has a 5 speed Mud, 1st is granny, 5th is OD. Proably 150,000 miles on it, and its had a clutch, but the trans, not problems at all and he has towed a 15,000 lb backhoe on a 2000lb or more triple axle trailer. I beleive its a NV4500 trans.
