carb...yeah i know its a heinz 57 and has been alot of headache just to get to this point but it sounds great and runs awesome except for this! still need to get the posi in the rearend b4 i get sideways! The old mech that sold me this had salvaged some parts from an older(late 60's-early 70's) vette and his 73 truck of which i have had to swap out the front end of the engine with 96 brackets & such to know what parts to get in the future ect...maybe i should go ahead and switch it out to tbi but that seems like alot more work that i would rather be putting into mods!

yeah you can also adjust on the cable by the bracket which i have tried at several settings which doesnt really work...as like you said the accell adjusts it to the proper setting if you step on the pedal hard enough...

I know nothing about the 700R4 but fluid leak in the valve body?

You know whats funny about that video? . I was going to tell you about a truck we have here at our local drag strip that has a Pizza topper and it runs like you would not believe. About pulls the front wheels and the camper shell door flys open. THe truck looks hidious but can run run run. Then I watch your video link, and DOH !!! Thats him. That is the guy I am talking about. I have seen the truck run many times live at the track in Noble, OK. That track is about 30 minutes tops south of me. If you hear in the video, he says, thats an Oklahoma driver. I was telling a girl at work about him that hangs out at the drag strip sometimes, and she says, yeah she knows him. He's running a biggo block Chevrolet in the truck, and squeezing it hard. He must be advertising for somone local there because here in OKC, he is using a Papa Johns topper.
