Need major help issues on 93 s-10! - Page 2

did this start after he hosed down the engine?? if so, i would look for something unplugged.

HEY i thought about the fuel pressure regulator but its TBI ? so where the heck is it at????!!!! how do i check it !!!

hey i switched a regulator froma 92 chvy 1500 with a 4.3 still nothing... but the s-10 sounds differnt like one of the injectors sounds like **** .. possible it could be the injectors or most likly?

Try this, with engine running disconnect the electrical plug from the injectors, if they are leaking the engine will continue run.

Look up part numbers somewhere for each application. See if they are the same. If the TBI part number for your 93 is the same as the 15/2500 97 then you are OK. I'd say they are pretty close to the same piece of equipment.

Sounds like a IAC to me. Cleaning it doesn't always correct the problem when they are going bad.
