Body Lift

I have a 12" suspension lift but my back in sags down alot more than my front in. The kift is a 12" bulletproof lift wit 8 fox shocks. My friend has a 14" lift on a f-150 and says i need a rear leaf spring lift? Where do i get this and what would it be called? ive tried searching leaf spring lift but nothing comes up. On top of that question i need to know if i add a 3" body lift if it would look trashy and can it easily clear 44" tires?

Check with your local suspension shop, they will know what to do, unless you plan on doing this yourself?
