 | 4.3 to 5.3 or 6.0 engine swap help? i was thinking about swaping my 4.3 engine in my 2004 chevy single cab for a v8 of some kind... i was wondering if it would just be cheaper to not worry about this and get a new truck with a v8 or about the same money to just go ahead and do the swap... i am not too sure if the wiring harnesses of the 4.3 that are in my truck now would match up to the v8 harness... any help is appreciated |

 | myself I would just trade up a new (or newer) truck, then you get warranty with everything... but JMO.
