any known any problems with th 6.6

hey i was looking at a chevy 3500 4x4 truck with the 6.6 diesel anyone know any problems with that truck or motor and can you get a lot of aftermarket stuff for performance and mpg improvement ??

Couple friends have them. Good motors, just keep them maintained..

Injectors are the only thing i;ve heard....

Nothings bullet proof....

only complaint or thing i've ever been told is farmers putting dyed diesel in em ruining injectors, one its illegal two water will collect in farm tanks and if the seperator on the tank hasnt been changed boom you got water in your fuel now, bottom line dont put ruby red in your truck, follow the rules and start eatin them power strokes, wasnt to impressed with any thing but a cummins but the new 6.6 is pumpin out 50lb ft more than the cummins and the 6.4 ps is a fuel guzzlin joke, im lookin for the new lmm in the dually i want i need to test drive it too.... no complaints from me, have heard nothin.
