Post Anyone Know about windows?

I have an '03 Chevy Silverado 1500 4x4 5.3 vortec and I have the manual windows on it.
I intend on doing an electric window conversion in the near future, and want to know if anyone knows if you can take a factory electric window(maybe from a totaled chevy?) and convert it, or do you have to buy a kit.....

Also I have true duel exhaust and i have a power programmer for it, and a drop in K&N filter. What other minor things can I do to it to increase the horsepower?
I want to put some headers on it, don't know what type yet, and probally boar out the throttle bottle and put a spacer on it. And maybe bore out the Mass AirFlow Sensor to increase flow.
Anyone have any other ideas? Besides cutting the air box, or going with a air intake kit...
Thanks- Dex

I wouldnt recommend boaring the throttle body or MAF sensor. After market is the safest way to go. The MAF is calibrated to the amount of flow it allows right now. If you boar it then the computer will override it after 200 miles. Aftermarkets are calibrated for the increased flow and the computer does not compensate. I have a GMS MAF in my '98 GMC results can be felt. I recommend the Granatelli. Hope I could help.
