| 1991 S10 Heat/AC Vacuum Problem While driving sometimes the fan will be blowing and you can hear it but hardly nothing comes out the vents - almost like it is stopped up. Then it will be OK and return to normal. I figure this is a Vacuum problem. Does anyone know of the best place to start? All other vacuum opperated systems- 4WD, Cruise all work normal. 1991 4.3L T-10 Blazer 700r4 Trans
