 | 94 Chevy 5.7L TBI exhaust flange donut Pipe-to-manifold is sealed by a donut bushing with a stainless ring inside. The ring on my original fits nicely into the manifold and mikes out at 2.375" OD. The replacement part (Auto Zone), which comes in a bag indicating it is for 83-96 350 CID (seems right), mikes at 2.500 and does not fit. Manifold is original. Auto Zone's computer calls out either the 2.5" (which is too big) or a 2-3/32" (which is too small). Any ideas on a source & part number for the correct donut? Thanks, Jim |

 | the metal ring is a tight fit. I just replaced mine this morning and I had to tap it into place.

| I too had to tap mine ever so slightly into place. The guy at Advance Auto had two different sizes listed, and in stock. I brought with me one old donut to match em up  . MMM donutssssss.
