vibration in the rear between 40 & 50mph

I have an 04 silverado 2wd 5.3l thats been getting a vibration between 40 and 50mph. It seems to be coming from the rear of the truck. I thought maybe it was the tires so I rotated them but its still doing it. Any ideas would be helpfull. Thanks.

How did you rotate the tires? X pattern? Front to back? If you didn't then it's possible the bad one is still on the back. Or, you could have more than one bad one. If you think it's a wheel have all four rebalanced. It won't hurt, doesn't cost much, and eliminates it as a possible cause.

keep it in drive and see if it still vibrates!
