im guessing maybe the solenoid for the starter? hope this could help...

and the key thing, yeah, definantly check ur keys. its weird cuz some keys get worn out and shaved down after continuous uses, that could be ur problem.

it was a standard security system installed to prevent theft of the truck if the right key wasn't inserted into the the lock cylinder the tumblers wouldn't engage and the ecm wouldn't receive the correct signal and the truck would set there and crank until the battery went dead so i'm not saying that it IS bad i'm just saying it's something to check out if you have fuel and spark. also you say you have good spark is it a nice blue or kinda a bluish yellow?

Just had another thought if a different key doesn't work and the MAF is good and clean i'd definitely check the crank sensor that being bad will also give you the symptoms you having

Well i'd still test the ignition switch even if a different key don't work but it's starting to sound like its an air flow problem i'll have to read up on some tsb guides i have and get back with you tomorrow
