How much is a 1997 Blazer LT worth?

Someone if offering a trade for a deuce and they have a 97 Blazer LT. It is nice but the prices I see these SUX’s selling for is not great at all. Can anyone tell me about them?

That is what I am finding up here. I cannot justify trading it for a deuce if it is only worth that.

Alot of it will also be what part of the country you live in and the time of year.

Where I live you could probably get 2500 from it this time of year in good shape without a million miles on it....

But I don't think it is worth the trade. I did the search for a zip code of 30013 I looked for GA's zip codes and just used that one to get a more specific amount for the blazer.

And keep in mind, noone is paying Blue Book Value in this economy. Because they don't have to. To many people are desperate right now to sell what they don't need and with slow economy, things are not selling so sellers are having to drop their prices to tease a buyer by selling it way to cheap.

That makes a difference. I doubt I will do the trade. It is not even four wheel drive and that was somehting I was hoping for.

If it's not 4 wheel I wouldn't even consider it.

I also agree nothing's going for book value. Especially explorers. Where I live there are 2000 explorers going for 2000 dollars in good shape. There's just so many of them out there....

Agreed. He would have to come off some money as well as trading. I have always wanted to get a hold of a Vortec 6 becuase I know you can draw some power out of them for next to nothing. It would be a fun toy to have until we get our trucks where we want them to be.
