No switch it is automatic. Fuel is not being fed from secondary tank tested wires no 12 volt on any wires from the plug. So assuming it is secondary tanks relay BUT can not find it on chassis traced wires all the ways back to junction boox under hood this relay is outside of the juction box .

Seems kind weird to me that they would but a tank relay outside the junction box but they've been known to do some pretty weird things just a curios question but does this truck have the plow prep package on it?

Yes it does have a fisher v plow plow on it controler computer sits on top of juction box under hood . but this looks like part of the truck not a add it is wrapped in tape and in plastic conduit. Just a little background info :
I have two tanks second tank is not pumping fuel I know this because it stays full. I am not sure if the pump turns on only when it is needed or if it is supposed to run all the time.

Ok well with that diagram it should be able to help but you could try to find out which wire is hot when key on the cut it and try hooking power directly in to it to see if the pump comes on at least that way you'll know if it's the pump a bad wire or sending unit.I think on those the pumps is only supposed to run when needed but i'm not 100% on that. Oh the plow prep package is a factory option install

we have the bigger version of it at school and both tanks draw evenly
wonder if you have a problem with the return line
