Stitz Love will become famous soon enough
seatbelts...? ...seat-belts? ...seat belts? (who's your favorite vendor?)

Well... now that I'm driving the truck regularly... it is time to replace the seat belts. (Is it one word? Two words? Hyphenated? Does it matter?)
The stock belts are just worn out and useless... IE If you lean forward to roll window up/ down, adjust vent, etc. the belt stays in that streatched out position. (both side do this.) The only way to get that shoulder strap snug again is to UNBUCKLE the thing... let it retract as if you are done with it, then put it on again.. and don't lean forward again. (A real hassle while driving!...and probably as dangerous as texting!)
So I'm looking for a link or a website one of you, or SOME of you, have had good experiences with as far as ordering, receiving and installing aftermarket seatbelts. (they are for the truck in my signature. Does it matter if one day I hope to replace that bench seat with buckets?)
As ever, Thanks in advance.

Just My .02. If it were my project I would look into all in one buckets with belts. Size and availability not with standing.

i.e. my 2002 buckets have the seat belts in the seats. If you're looking at junk yards for belts get the measurements or cross applications and pull the buckets instead(look in penny savers, craigslist etc for donor parts and or vehicles also)

You could post in one of those for what you're looking for also.

All seatbelt assemblies and components have to meet the same Federal standards, so I don't think you'll find much variations amongst the various stock belt vendors.

Before you replace them though, try taking the covers off and cleaning the retraction mechanism. After 19 years I imagine you've got quite a collection of dirt, dust, hair and other grime in there, gumming up the works. If you unbolt the reel and take it apart you should be able to clean it up with some brake cleaner, then relubricate it and reassemble it as good as new.

Exactly what I was gonna suggest. Clean and lube your current retracters. If that does not work, depending on the spring system, replace the springs, or shorten the springs.
