best lift for an 05 z71 I just bought an 05 z71 and I'm shopping around for a lift, what is the best bang for my buck I can get in a lift. I am thinking of a 4 or 6 inch lift with 33's

The best I've seen for newer trucks is Pro Comp. Just my opinion.

My opinion is that you should go with a RCD lift. I've had both lifts and RCD is by far a better lift. One of the major problems that I had was my steering was always off and my iderler arm bushing would need to be replaced all the time. I dont have these problems with RCD. Just my 2 cents

I have an 05 extended cab Z71 with a 6" RCD with 35" Procomp Mud terrains. I love it. No problems. It handles great and look bad ***. They also dont have to cut as much with the RCD as opposed to the Pro comp. I had mine done at my dealership. I got the lift, rims tires, side steps, and hypertech power programmer 3 for $5300 without canceling any warranty. worth it for me.
