A common cause of that is the brake line, since you changed that.
Proportioning valve? Does it have anti lock? Does it have crud in the banjo bolt?

    Good point Ds

Weird if it was both sticking could be master cylinder or valve. But just one sticking how are the guide pins at caliper is it moving freely on these?
You changed the line. Might be a bought new/bad caliper have bought bad ones before.
Here is info how to bleed your system might be air entrapment guessing. Weird only one sticking makes me think guides or bad caliper or like DS. said dirt.

When i got my '72 the brakes weren't as good as i though they should be. On a whim i got a one man "IV bag" brake bleeder. Its best with 2 people but whoever is driving the pedal cant mess up. The hose comes out the bottom and prevents air from sucking in around the threads of the bleeder.

I was appalled at what came out of the brake lines. I separated in to 3 or 4 different layers.

From what you said it took some time to get any fluid out the front. Did you collect any and inspect?
The front main lines ant that long and shouldn't been too hard to get fluid.

If dirty there may be crud in the Master cyl, proportioning valve or lines. A pinched line is possible too.
New calipers shouldn't be bad / sticking.
I don't know when anti locks started / optional but that could be a whole nother bag or worms.

Perhaps start breaking lines at the Master and see what kind of flow you have bleeding and move on down.

He's telling me, new banjo bolt, and trying to bleed truck running pedal goes to the floor with break light. Air?

Not running builds up and holds good.
    Antilock?
