1998 Silverado

I have had this truck since 2000 and its been practically trouble free. With almost 160000 miles the biggest troubles so far have been a fuel pump and control arm bushings. Now for the question and big pain in the neck, My headlight switch has given me trouble for a long time...since I can remember. I have to leave it on the parking light position because the headlight part of the switch makes a frying sound and the wires are a bit heat discolored. I have also had to change my hazard/turn signal switch due to me breaking the hazard button off. Now last week the turn signals wont come on at all, hazards work just fine but no turn signals. I have check all the fuses (related and not just to say I did) and everythign is fine. I changed the flasher/relay and still the same. The new switch is less than a year old and is almost $200. One last problem is the blower switch. I have changed this 3 times in the last year and it stoppes working except on high and after about 6months or so that will stop working as well. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
