| You dont think so ehh? Well I put it in the tailshaft of the tranny as I slid the motor in, and the mounts are in place, it seems to be alright. By thinking it won't work, do u think it's too short?? |

| I talked to my stepdad who is also a mechanic. He said that it will probably be too long, and that where it connects will have to be changed out cuz it is different. If you're trying to street this truck, you should prolly check with your smog laws and make sure you're legit.

| Actually, I just found out what the deal is. I read in my conversion manual which comes from v8s10.com. They've been doing the swap for years now, and in this 15th edition of the manual, they told me what was up with the TH 350 transmission. "It is normally 3 inches shorter than the stock." I thought it was too short if anything because it just didnt seem to be all the way in. So I guess I'll take a trip to the driveshaft shop. Oh well, $100 well worth it running! |

| I'm not chopping anything. The transmission is 3 inches shorter, therefore the driveshaft is too short. I have to get it lenghthened. |
