Its all in how and when they run the deadlines. I saw several independant reports on this same thing and its finding were that it depending on certain wordings and what day the start and end period was. made a difference on who had sold more. They also (several years back) used some shady tactics to make it end in their favor. i am not saying it isnt true, Just dont be too quick to jump on the band wagon thats all.

Exclamation Chevy vs Ford

Is there really a battle I had a 88 chevy truck and this truck took a beating and never would die!!! This truck hit a heard of dear at 75 mph, Still ran strong. Then I took it up camping and acidently lost it over a cliff rolled it 3 times landed on all 4. Pulled it out and it lost no fluids and ran better then befor(The mpg went form 18 to 22) crazy?!! But through the 8 years I have had it The truck only cost me less then 2,500 in parts ( 2 front ends a bed and doors) but it still sold for as much as i had in it. Now you still think Chevy's a lemon compaired to Ford? Now who seen a Ford go 2 H*** and back?

Chevy still #1

As stated above when a chevy can take a beating and still run like h*ll u don't have 2 buy 1 on a yearly basis.

This is a question that pop's up all the time. Mostly around friends joking around. Everbody likes there own brand for one reason or another. I have had both. Ford and GMC/Chevy, I find my GMC plows snow better, It just feels better, it felt like I was always fighting with the ford. But the Ford sit's up higher. It's all in what you like and can afford.

Chevy is better because Ford stands for FOR OLD RETARDED DRIVERS. I used to have an old Dakota for my first truck then I bought a 1996 GMC 1/2ton... I didn't notice any difference in what everyone was talking about. I just bought an 88 Chev and now I see. I love it!

It really is so simple,
Chevy, just like Ford, Dodge, or
even worn out old datsun,
is only "better" if it's "better" to you.

They ALL need to run when new, or they won't sell.

They ALL cost too much when new.

They ALL wear out, break down and need to be fixed.

They ALL can be fixed up, rebuilt, or restored to look
and run better than new.

I like chevys, no big deal. And right now we have 2 Fords,
and 2 Chevys in our small family.

Did I mention they ALL need too many trips to the gas station ??

like ford4x4chik27 said it is all opinion i work for ford but I drive chevys. I think a chevy rides smoother then aford all though 04 f-150 and newer are not bad either I think ford has gotten better but how many turbos go out on a duramax zero. ya the 6.0l power stroke is a power joke and no one is better then on star. yes all brand vehicles break, but I work on fords because I know as long as ford makes a vehicle I will have a job if I worked for chevy I might not have as much work
