| Look I love Chevy, I have a report that I'm workin on and I really dont have time to compare. If somebody knows ANYTHING that a chevy truck has that a ford doesnt or that is better than in a ford truck I would be SOOO grateful. I need a list. I already have some features that crush ford. I'm just curious to see if ANYBODY has ANYTHING that I havent thought of. Please help me win my argument that a CHEVY TRUCK IS BETTER than a ford. SO SHOW OFF SOME CHEVY KNOWLEDGE AND PRIDE and help a gal out. |

| This is one of the funniest threads I've ever seen. Anyone can find junk to crush Ford, but then again anyone can find junk to crush chevy. It's all a matter of opinion. I've driven both chevy's and Fords and I happen to have nothing but bad luck with chevys, and my Fords have never let me down

| Oh, I believe I could think of a few good VALID reasons why the "Bowtie" is better than the "Oval" smoother ride, more durable interior, parts are cheaper, more available and more interchangeable with other models, better balanced suspension resulting in better traction and stability, better sounding factory stereo systems, but mainly....much prettier!!!!

| HAHAHA....seriously, I would take any of the "big 3", but all I have ever owned are GM products and I am EXTREMELY pleased with all of them my uncle had a ford f350 with a 460 in it and went through 3 motors and 2 rear axles in the same amount of time that i had my k2500 with a 350 in it both were manual shift with 4.10 gears and my 350 would walk circles around it with or without a load....talk about really peeing a lifelong ford man off!!!!!

| Being the anti GM man I am, I stick ONLY to ford products. I wont argue which is better cause they're both good for something, but I've had so much bad luck with GM that I drive only fords now. I mean, my ranger, while ugly, and beat up, has had less problems than my moms 02 S10, which is now pretty much in the *******, and ready to be smashed, its that bad. mine, gives me so few problems besides having to add another fuel filter, and a new fuel pump, and a new battery, its been trouble free for me. honsetly the best truck I've had in YEARS, considering the GM vehicles I've driven had a bit more power, the ranger is simply my favorite cause it handles nice, drives good, and does what I ask. Who cares about the chevy vs ford thing, everyone can have what they want, its a free country, right? if you dislike ford, dont buy one, if you dislike chevy, dont buy that. its that simple. |

| posable you have had less trouble with your 84 ford is because its pretty much simple... i had one not to long ago. took it out on the beach and fryed the cluch. engine has a bad rear main seal and so on and so on... but i traded that bad one in for a 2000 s10. and that alone proves that chevy is better then ford Last edited by DodgeChick; 08-10-2005 at 07:42 PM. Can I ask you something? How does your trade in actions prove to the world that chevy is better than ford?? As stated above, everyone has their opinion, yours is just a little tweaked
