| Check your oil to see if it looks normal. I think it starts to look milky Also, take a quick smell of your exhaust to see if it smells sweet. Anothing thing, is make sure your overflow doesn't have a hole in it and has the cap on. If you are losing water through there, it would most likely happen when you are driving which means you won't see it, although when you stop after a drive you may see it still leaking.

| If it aint leaking it it is either in the oil pan or going out the exhaust. Either way bad news.

| Well check the oil too... if its in either, it am guessing you are going to find your leak in your head gasket (take in mind I am a ford person so those are the engines I know). And depending on the damage and where the leak is, it could be as be just changing a head gasket, or a possible full rebuild.

| If it is in the oil or going out the exhaust more hopefully just a head gasket, Could easily be more though to include a cracked head, or cracked block. Either way you have to tear it down to find out. If the oil looks milky stop driving it until it is fixed. I dont remember what year you said this was but if it is a vortec you might be in luck ( whoever was the genius that created the plastic upper plenum needs to be shot) but the upper plenum is problemmatic for coolant leaks leaking into the motor, Might be a simple gasket.

| Check your passenger side floor board under the mat, if its wet you've got a leaking heater core possibly. If the other signs arent there this would be one of the reasons coolant disappears without a trace. |

| Sweet exhaust was alreday mentioned. Checking the floor board at this point is nothing more than a way to find loose change.

| Try to identify the problem before you just start replacing stuff. Was there water in the oil, or oil in the water, or is it just sweet exhaust?
