DEATH WOBBLE!!!!!!!!
Start with your track bar, then go to your steering linkages. Sway bar probably won't do it to you, but check all of your bushings while you're at it.
I had a Cherokee that did the same thing.
It's a coil sprung thing.
Ball joints, control arm bushings, anything could be causing this, and it is aggravating and sometimes expensive to fix. You wind up replacing things that you didn't need to replace until you finally replace what was wrong.
Good luck with it man,
Chris

Death wobble lol.....
You could check all those things but I usually like to look for the simple things first and rule them out before diving into expensive parts.
Maybe you lost a wheel weight....or you simply need another alignment and balance after that jar to line things up again. Id rule out the simple fixes first...if they dont do it then go checking the big things like Splinter listed.
Goodluck!

I was thinking weight too but you said it did it sence allignment. Did it shake when you drove it to get alligned(if you did drive it?)

Did a reputable shop do your allignment? Was it a spin balance or bubble balance? I am guessing spin but some shops still use the bubble balance. Spin balance is much better and if you can find a shop with the machine get them road force tested. You may have a bent rim if you bought the rims used. Are the tires you put on new or used? There are a lot of variables and even more when you get into used parts. But I'm sure you already know that.

I had an allignment done once on my focus. I payed the guy $50 and the steering wheel was not centered when done. Brough it to Ford a week later and paind them $70 for 4 wheel alignment to fix the bad alignment. Ford gives you those sheets of before and after and it was way off on the before printout.

Sounds like you found so slop in the front end, now you just need to find it. Check all front end ball joints and bushings.

If it only does it sometimes, the tire issues are eliminated, but if it happens now everytime you brake, or accellerate than look for damage front end components
