| z71 heater my heater motor some times does not want to come on . on my 1998 chevy Z71 and then it starts by itself and stops any info thank you ..pete |

| Loose connection?? Or the fan switch on the dash. There is another switch under the dash behind the glove box in the air vent also. Can't remember what it is called though.

| Sounds like a bad motor to me. I have replaced several on GM products and thats what they all did. The next time it wont run, open the hood and tap on it with a broom handle, if it starts, its a bad motor. |
