2004 Z71 Strange noise

Please help, I have a soft honk like sound that comes from the truck when I roll on the gas at the lower rpm of the (auto) shift. As the trans shifts to second like in a turn or up a hill the sound will bellow and hold during those RPMs. Seems to be coming from the passenger side of the truck. Local dealer has had it for 2 weeks and this is the third time in for it and they cant figure it out.........anyone out there heard off this one?

PS: according to GM what is a lemon truck?

could be from a loose baffle in the muffler or cat.

A lemon is a vehicle that comes off the assembly line not working properly and probably never will.
There is actually a "lemon law"... I cannot remember the specifics of it... but basically if you have so many problems they have to replace it if I recall correctly.

i thought anytime sumthin happened to a car that messed it up pretty bad, but want exactly obvious, it became a lemon. IE some1 wrecks a car BAD, but has it fixed, it is a lemon bc the car's structure isn't at full strength anymore, who knows, maybe i'm wrong

Is this typical for a GM Truck????

list of probs ...

1, tailgate latch frame fell off
2, e-brake gone to floor a few times
3, trans slips (reflashed)
4, bad gas sending unit (ran out of gas with a 1/4 tank 3 times)
5, seat cusion in driver seat fell apart
6, head light sensor fell out of dash
7, rear passenger window has a leak
8, drive train has major backlash (all in spec according to GM)
9, 4wd switch died
10, weird noise from truck ( the horn sounding one)
11, Driver door limit stops are worn out, will open farther than should
12, burns a little oil (should a new motor burn oil?)
13, Transfer case makes a loud clunk when shifted to 4 low
14, Front alightment has been junk since I bought it..

PS I have had the truck 14 months, 30k

Not that Ive ever heard... if you wreck a car badly thats your problem and your error. The whole thing of a "lemon" is nobody has done anything wrong to it.. it just doesnt work right.

4wd switch died
Front alightment has been junk since I bought it..
high pressure fuel sensor
and those are three major issues i have had with the truck.
