Looks for soft ride lifts. Cheap lifts lead to a rougher ride especially in leaf spring applications. On chevy they have torsion bars, so by simply changing the location of the components to a lower location it allows a lift without changing ride quality at all. they have nitrogen shocks also that really help, I can send you a link if needed so you will know next time.

I have screwed with the torshon bars. Cant seem to get a lot of lift from them no matter how far I crank them up.

Lifting a Chevy

I got a CST 4" lift for my Silverado, and it looks and rides really well (about as good as stock to me). Its got 4" spindle lift up front and 2" blocks in the rear. It was pretty easy to install, and ya only need to replace the rear shocks according to CST.
