94 CHEVY 3500 wiper problem

i have changed wiper motor printed ck board,still nothing. with key off clock will come on when knob is turned to some mist options. i bought this truck recently it had been 6.5 diesel changed over to 350. any help would be great.

I have heard of something similar. It ended up being a ground issue. I know thats vague but that is usually the problem when one accessory causes problem with another. Start under the dash and tighten all the ground lugs you can find almost always a black wire with a ring lug bolted to part of the dash structure. the n move to under the hood. But I would almost gaurantee it is a ground and under the dash. Hope this helps. Long live the sbc

Thanks for the tip on the bad ground--I found a broken ground wire under the hood!
