| Worth the Time & Money? I have a 1987 Silverado 3/4-ton truck, two-wheel drive, with a 454/TH400 combo and am asking for advice from anyone who has performed any of the following: 1) swapped the stock TBI for a Multipoint EFI system, 2) installed a Gear Vendors overdrive unit, and 3) experienced any improvements in performance and/or mileage with any upgrades and stay California emissions legal? I am considering at least the first two installs above and would like to know if it's worth my time and money. Thanks, Ledsled2u |
