ohio larry is on a distinguished road
bad vibration after changing u joints and carrier bearing

i changed u-joints and had new a new carrier bearing pressed on at a local machine shop, now i have a bad vibration in drive train . i marked the drive shaft befor removing it . this is on chevy 3500 HD.ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT, THANKS LARRY IN OHIO

Maybe you got the driveshaft out of sync? Either that or your u joints arent completely seated into the saddles.

better put it apart and take a look at tyhe joint cups one side may be out a bit could give them a rap with a hammer ..lol ......pete
