1993 Chevy

A friend of mine is selling a 1993 Chevy 1500, I took a look at it and liked it, only thing is, it has about 215 thousand miles. it has been taken good care of by all owners. But im afraid it may not lost much longer because of all the miles on it, what do yall think? Would it be worth buying?

ive got a '92 that ive had for a few years with 178K miles on it and it still runs strong, just replacing old parts and gaskets once in awhile and you gotta keep up on the routine maintainence. it is my everyday commuter to my work 20 miles away. if you take care of it, itll last awhile, i know of several around this year with similar milage that have no problems. i actually met another chevy lover in autozone who had a '91 K1500 with 310K miles on it in immaculate condition. As long as the price is fair, i think this should be a decent purchase.

No way of knowing with that many miles on it. Could last a week, could last a year before major repairs. Its a gamble with that many miles on it. make sure the price reflects the risk you are taking by buying a truck with that many miles on it.
