| ABS brake pulsing when stopping - Help Have a 1997 Chevy K1500 that I bought used. Noticed that when the truck is coming to a stop, the ABS pulses and the stopping distance is increased. First thing I thought of - unplugged sensor or warped rotors. Replaced rotors, brake discs, etc and checked sensors. Problem still occuring. Any ideas? Thanks, |

| It is one of the sensors dropping out early. We have seen alot of these in the shop lately. You need to road test it with a scanner to see which one is slowing down faster than the others it is almost always one of the front sensors. We have also had alot of problems with the front hubs so when we at the shop find out which froont sensor it is we replace the front hub assembly with sensor to reduce comebacks. |
