2003 silverado problem

I have a 03 chevy silverado 4wd truck, I have two things that are wrong, first the bushing that holds the rear drives side tortion bar has movement in it, and I get a small clunk when going over small bumps in the road, the person I contacted to replace the bushing said that he can replace it for 150, is that a fair price? the other problem is that the heater damper clicks when it is in the strait up posistion. I took out the duct to see better and when the motor stops in the posistion for floor vent, it keeps clicking and I can hear what sounds like a clunk and a grind in the movement of the damper or motor when it is moving through that posistion. Has any one had this problem before and if so does it sound like the damper motor or the damper being loose. thanks.
