1995 K2500 ABS problem

1995 Chevy K2500HD 8600gvw bought new with 110,000 miles
my left front ABS wire got snagged and pulled out of position where the inside of the wheel then wore through it. I think this caused the left front caliper to outwork the right front because the pads wore about double.
I replaced the ABS wire and the front brake pads but the system is still malfunctioning: the ABS idiot light comes and goes randomly and when it's lit the ABS doesn't work.
The master cylinder was also leaking so I replaced that last night and bled the system again. When I test drove it the brakes and ABS worked great but when I pulled into the driveway the ABS light came back on!!
The actual idiot light for the brakes has never come on just the ABS indicator.
Are my thoughts about the left front caliper 'out working' the right one correct or is there a problem with one of the calipers?

This isnt the same truck,well its not even a truck but my 96 Sunfire GT's ABS light would come on when my amperage was to low (run down) from playing my stereo system for to long. check your alternator to see if its starting to fail on you. Just a suggestion
