| to 45?? did you charge to 45 PSI and the low side?? If so then it is not enough. 134 runs around 120 psi or so on the low side. Don't hold me to that exactly but it is alot higer than R-12.

| no the window motor wont work. It will come out but the window has to be in the up position to allow enough room. Yes your cooling system is low, Did you evacuate it before charging it, If not them dont expect great results.

| i dont even know what evaguate means.... but it was empty. i bought a kit that converts and recharges r-12 to r-134 and it said that 45 was as high as i should go, any higher would be dangerous. is this incorrect? |

| it means did you evacuate the system, and put a negative pressure on it before charging it or did you do it half heartedly.

| for future referance, dont convert to 134a. if you have a 12 system, completely evacuate the system and install 417a. it is a clone for 12 that utilizes the exact same pressures as 12 with the cost of 134a. you will not need to replace anything, e.g. accumulator, orifice tube. it will freeze you out just like 12. |
