i see what it is from these, but still not really sure what it does, it make ur ride any softer, or more flex, more ride height? whats the point of it i guess is what i'm askin

All of the above. but it hurts you if you tow or haul with the truck.

got ya..... i think i can see where it hurts to tow also, how much more articulation are we talkin?

Alot. Better than a lift, put revolver shackles on it and the RAI goes thru the roof.

RAI.... rear axle something??? i've never done much outside of engine work, so bear with all my questions please

im kinda curious too. i have never seen someone flip a shackle like that.

If RAI means anything like SAI for the front then it is somthing along the lines of Rear Axis Inclination??? Not too sure on that one.

Ramp angle index. It is used on heavy 4 wheeling when they drive one side of a vehicle up a ramp until a tire comes off the ground. Measures articulation.
